Eh, that's just one judge's opinion. You know what they say about opinions, Rich...they're like a--h---s and everyone's got one.
ReplyDeleteYes. Touche. It's indeed one judge's opinion, but it is also evidence of the balance of power. Without that balance, it'd be mob rule. Mob rule is not what is written in the Constitution.
