Reach exceeding drasp. i.e. just because the people vote for it does not mean it's right.

  2. Yes. Touche. It's indeed one judge's opinion, but it is also evidence of the balance of power. Without that balance, it'd be mob rule. Mob rule is not what is written in the Constitution.
