Strange, isn't it?

"...ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country." - President John F. Kennedy

Isn't it strange that a liberal said that? Doesn't that sound like the opposite of a modern liberal?

  1. That's a sweeping generalization, if ever there was one.

  2. Well then counter it.

As I see it, the way that the Democratic President the Democratic Congress, and the support of Democrats in the polls is overwhelming in support of not only asking the country for support, but progressively demanding more and more.

It darn near seems to be the definition of liberal and progressive.

But I am very willing to be schooled...really.
